Duluth, GA- December 23,2011  - If a Georgia 811 Utility Member desires to invoke Extraordinary Circumstances as defined by O.C.G.A. §25-9-3(14), that member will need to call Georgia 811 Member Services at 770-623-5786 and follow up in writing by sending an email to memberservices@georgia811.com.


Please be advised the following Georgia 811 members have invoked the use of Positive Response Code 3J (Extraordinary Circumstances) across their service area/areas effective immediately.
